Ordering a rifle barrel
MullerWorks sells barrels to rifle system manufacturers and qualified gunsmiths plus a limited number of distributers.
Manufacturer and qualified gunsmith orders are accepted via email: mullerworksinc@gmail.com. Gunsmiths must provide a legible copy of your current Federal Firearms License (FFL) if we do not have already on file.
Please keep in mind that quoted lead times for orders are approximations based on our best estimate. We may hold all or a portion of an order to be part of a batch. While we will do our best to adhere to the quoted time frame, because of the variables involved, these time frames can vary significantly from the original estimate given.
Barrel payment policy
Full payment shall be made before delivery of the barrel order, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MullerWorks. If credit is arranged, then the total amount must be paid within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the invoice. A 1% per month (12% per year) late payment fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance remaining after that time.
Barrel shipping and returns policy
MullerWorks ships most barrels via FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). We highly recommended that customers inspect the barrel order upon delivery for visible damage. Requests for return for replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Barrels may be returned for inspection to determine if they are eligible for a replacement. Please note that the original shipping, handling, packaging and related charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned barrels are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend customers use a traceable carrier and fully insure the return shipment in case of loss or damage. For barrels that are eligible for replacement, we will ship a new barrel in the same caliber, groove and twist rate and contour as originally ordered at no charge along with shipping charges. In the event a barrel is returned that is not defective, we will contact you to discuss options.
